The Human Element actively engages in, and sponsors Japan-based research in the fields of coaching, and organization development, and supports the development of sustainable research communities. Projects include:

2009-2010 – Applied research study, “A participant-driven approach to developing leadership readiness in Japanese women.” (target group: Japanese mid- and senior-level leaders, U.S. Trust Bank) 

2015 > — The Global Intelligence Project, an exploratory action research study of exemplar Japanese global leaders – to be published, Fall, 2016 

2016 – Co-founding of the “Global Intelligence Café” – an on- and off-line community of scholars, practitioners and business leaders focused on understanding and promoting global leadership capability and global mindset in Japan.
