Coaching enabled me to identify behaviors and internal barriers that were impeding my advancement in the organization. A deeper understanding of my own values, and signature strengths allowed me to transition to role in which I can perform at optimum level.
I gained a much stronger understanding of my strengths and how to leverage these when presenting ideas to the organization. I learned to look at organization politics ‘objectively’ and can now position my strategy more effectively.
